I want to withdraw benzodiapines as I've been taking them since 3 years too much, i think my body is dependent on it so can anyone please give me best suggestion so i can withdraw from it

I can't pay fee as I'm student, mai theek rehta hun bs aisa lgta hai jese talab hoti hai benzodiazepine ki or uske bagair neend ni aegi... wo khaunga to dimag relax hoga...meri natural sleep ni arhi wapis kafi preshan hun

You want to tapper it off. Depends on type of benzo, dose and indication. Your prescriber should do it
