Any psychiatrist here please help me about this ? mera bhai 1 saal se Epival CR 500 mg le rha 1 tablet night time, mene Doctor se jab consult kiya to mene mistakenly Epival 500 mg ka kaha to unho ne 2 times krdi epvial , lekin bad me mjhe idea howa ke bhai epival CR leta hai, plz guide krde epival or epival CR 2no alag medicines hain ab mjhe epival deni chahye ya epival CR plz guide thank u
Depends on condition for which he is taking it.
both are same. Epival CR can work for 24 hrs but simple Epival only work for up to 12 Hours. so when we use simple Epival it must be given two to three times per day.

effect is same but take your brother along to the same doctor so that he can see the patient and adjust the dose accordingly
