Asking for Sister, Female, 37 years old, Lahore
My sister has some psychological issue. While taking medication she is fine. As soon as she leaves them she can't sleep. She gets loud and hyper. Talks about things from past. Accuse her parents. Does not listen to them. She does misbehave them a lot. She refuses to take medication telling us k she does fine without medication. What should be done about that. As this circle is going on from 4 years. On medication she is fine but she secretly leaves her medicine. Even if you make her take it in front of you, she some how drops it.

This would be a separate assessment from the condition for which medications are prescribed. This assessment will be aimed at medication adherence and reasons for non adherence. I think you have experienced that without medication she won’t be better to she need medication., I don’t know the diagnosis but history and course of treatment indicated that she may have psychotic or mood disorder or may be other chronic illness, it can be clearly identified that she has not been easiness the insight even better with medication, it is important to continue medication no

yes it happens...the phycological tablets will keep her normal and composed. as they are designed to do so....
don't let her miss any dose, take the medicine on time and try behavioral modifications
