Aslamualikum I am mother of 5 years and 10 months old baby. I am having problem of extreme anger, always stressed, not able to sleep deeply and peacufully. Having night sweats on back of neck in A.c room. I am always shouting and hitting at my children ,though i believe in gentle parenting. Get easily annoyed and irritated from husband and children. I have no energy to do any house chores. If i eat only two bites of any food my head gets full of pressure and i get sleepy. I wasnot like this before . Which dr should i conuslt? Gyne?
consult a psychiatrist but you need to have blood tests done too.
After proper history and examination you can be guided further.
you need psycholotherpy or Psychiatric consultation
Get your Thyroid Function Tests done and then consult a psychiatrist
