Aslamualikum.. i am feeling heavy in of going to sadness... this feeling goes in extreme after 2pm to 7pm I am feeling normal and raat ko bht achi aati jb subha uthta hoon to udas si tbiat hoti hai.. or mout ka itna dar k koshih yehi rehti hai k hr waqat Quran Pak parhoo wazefa krta rahoon.. jo log mar gy han unk study krna ... or phir rony wali condition tak men chla jata bethy heartbeat 130 tak chli jana.. some times bp 150/100 tak chly jana... hr time yehi khof rehta k bs tangon sy jan nikal jay bhi cheez khany lgta hoon bs dar sa rehta k abhi bp high ho ga or men vs waqat ghabrahat si rehti hai.. tbiat bojhal si rehti feel na hona... ye dunia ajeeb si si chest men pain ho to lgta k bs abhi heart attack aa jay abhi citanew 2.5mg (estiploram) daily 2 weeks sy kha advise men medication..

dose need to be adjusted. you shlould consult a psychiatrist on urgent basis.

Aoa, No doubt your symptoms are of Generalised anxiety disorder and panic disorder, the long list of severe symptoms causes depression too..... but this all is treatable. You told about your medicine but did not tell who started that, the dose needs to be adjusted. You need a visit to psychiatrist, few tests to exclude any physical cause, when diagnosed as a case of psychiatric disorder then started on treatment, You need to stick with that treatment for a long time meanwhile once you show improvement CBT will be of great help.

sister.. i am taking citanew medicine daily 2.5mg... and zamlo-H for bp but i left it before 2 weeks as i have checked my bp frequently at day time it is 110/80 and at 5pm it will rise to 140/ these two medicine i am not using any waqt masoosi.. extreme fear of death.. hr waqat ye feeling sb ny mar jana hai kia faida is dunia ka ... like that thoughts
