I am taking bupropion 150mg half every day and it causes overstimulation , anxiety , and racing thoughts.
how can I manage the dose to feel normal with this.

If you are taking SR form then dividing it to half may be causing the issue. Otherwise you are already taking 75mg that is an under-dose. Consult your psychiatrist for adjusting the medicine
