In terms of emotions i’m very sensitive person because of that i faced difficulty in sleep 4 years ago and i visited a psychiatrist,he gave me medication.After taking medicine for only 2 days i become normal.But due to the situation in the world right now(Corona) i’m very afraid and i’m facing my problem again(Can’t sleep).I lost my medication file and i can,t visit my psychiatrist because of lock down in our city.Kindly help me i’m very much in problem

You can take lexotanil for few days but not longterm. It is a habit forming drug if taken for long periods . If problem exists, contact psychiatrist
U can Take tab ativan 1mg at night for one to two weeks until the situation ill get better n den u should visit a psychiatrist for evaluation n management
