I am 25 years old and my name is Umair. Like many others, I am struggling with the habit of masturbation. I have been doing this daily for the past few years. Initially, it provided a lot of pleasure, but as time passed, this habit increased, and sometimes I do it twice a day. Now, I constantly feel tired, and my body has become weak. My cheeks have sunken in, the food I eat does not seem to nourish my body, and I am not gaining any weight. Please suggest a remedy for this.
