You should not stop Carbamazepine or Clomipramine abruptly without consulting your psychiatrist. The rise in blood pressure and recurrence of symptoms when stopping medication may indicate withdrawal effects, return of anxiety symptoms, or another underlying issue. Since you have been taking these medicines for several years and also have ongoing stomach complaints, a detailed review is needed before making any changes. Please consult your treating psychiatrist, who can assess your current condition and, if appropriate, guide a gradual tapering plan while monitoring your symptoms and blood pressure.
