Talk to Psychiatry on Depression

kindly convey my question to psychiatrist not psycholgist because it relates to psychiatrist I am a chronic bipolar patient with severe depression previously I felt hypomania for few times but now I am not on any mood stabliser still I am getting no hypomania.i once prescribed brintellix butrin sensival plus lurasidone which worked amazingly but than I left these medicines by thinking that m ok I don't need any medicine but after a couple of weeks I have got severe anxiety and my depression came with more days doctor has prescribed prothiadin butrin and brintellix though my depression is no more but my motitvation is not that good and my creativity is also not that much good as used to to leaving my previous medicines I got depression with more force plus anxiety when I have you taken medicines that made me previous ly owesome they stopped working so doctor has to change my anxiety has relieved hundred percent but I was a content writer previously but
