kindly forward my question to only psychiatrists not to homeopathic or psychologists. Slam everyone..hope u all are doing well. Kindly read it I need your help.I have both sisters who are suffering from serious mental disorders like obsessional thoughts which are sexual schizophrenia treatment resistant depression bipolar anxiety social phobia since more than 2 decades.mental illness runs in my family.Its been 25 years that I am Struggling for finding the psychiatrist for my sisters one had undergone ECT but she became more serious after having them several suicide attempts lost her entire senses.But luckily a psychiatrist had treated her after one year giving her 16 medicine on daily basis but she left medicine and after two years she had not taken a single medicine that's y she got a relapse that was more severe.its been 2 years that she had on treatment she is 40 percent better also fluphenazine injection is now added to her treatment and she had being inoculated for 12 injection.S
she needs a proper detailed evaluation, seems to be a chronic illness with complications that needs a thorough evaluation

if she relapsed after 2 years of continuous treatment, she needs treatment for a longer duration. but rest assured, once her symptoms get better, there is a possibility that she remains stable on minimal medication. please keep following up with a psychiatrist and don't stop treatment unless indicated by the treating physician
dear, it's not easy to take care of Psychiatric pts.i am not able to suggest till i see pt.. it's appropriate to consult senior psychiatrist of your area
if you are in Karachi try karavan e hayat female ward for admission and evaluation and treatment.Its not easy for family to take care of two patients at the same time.
it's a long stay hospital atleast admit patients for 10 -15 days and treat.
she seems a complex case ,her diagnosis needs to be reviewed and inaccordance to that treatment shall be prescribed in accordance to patients convenience and preferences
