I am suffering from depression and anxiety for 11 years taking anti depression for 8 years ,for last 2 year i was in subclinical hypothyroidism ,for 6 month taking tyroxin 50 mcg in advice of my psychiatrist ,now in last report my TSH is 16 mU/l .looking for dr for my problem ,Which dr should I consult .??..

u need a detailed assessment and ur thyroid treatment should be readjust...in some patients it is needed to continue depression treatment or long duration but will have to check first which treatment is best for u
