Talk to Psychiatry on Depression And Anxiety

I have been suffering from depression and anxiety since last year. Mistakenly went to a cardiologist and he recommended me Alp*****m for a week then told me to switch to Ind**al and have been taking it since then. Physical symptoms are in control due to the medicine but there's too much going on inside my head that is causing me to lose focus,have poor memory, oversleeping,less eating and zero motivation. I want to consult a psychiatrist for medication as I cannot afford therapy. Please recommend me how and where can I consult one as I want to go in person and discuss it in detail.
