Talk to Psychiatry on Depression And Panic Attacks

myself is umer, I'm 27 years old. From last 4 months I am experiencing depression and panic attacks. At start it was very frequent then i started using redep tablet. now my condition is better but i still experience 3 to 4 seconds of panic attacks. i am going abroad im maximum 4 months for higher studies but i am afraid of travelling due to my health problems. now i am feeling muscle pains in my shoulder blades as well with awkward feelings in legs and feets like someone hitting me with needles. i would be grateful if any respected doctor tells me about my condition and medication. thanks
