Hi, i am tayyab shahid, an engineer and married. For past 2 years, i suffered brain hemorrhage and afterwards i became very emotional. Even after marriage, i failed to take next step towards life that i am building. I am having swear headaches and depression. Also, i hardly sleep at night. My family is very dominating and they try to control my most part, same is for my wife. I try to balance out but fail to resolve conflict. I get afraid of consequence and that lead to heavy stress on my brain. I fear i may get another stroke. Please help me out
