Salam Dr. I have lost lot of investment in [url="<a target="_blank" href=" rel="nofollow"> real estate[/url] after COVID-19 After That I become a patient of depression and fears. So, Now I cant start anything new because these fears restrict me to do anything. May I Should start taking sessions of therapist or not?

You need to have proper treatment for depression. Your recovery will be quick if you take its proper treatment which involve psychotherapy and anti depressant medicines. Psychologist will provide you psychotherapy and psychiatrist will recommend anti depressant medicines.
