Asking For Someone Else, Female, 40 years old, multan
She cannot be talked about herself She has a child who she never allows to stay out of her eyes Abuses others, self talk & nobody can even talk about her child even Doesn't tell anybody about her feelings! Giving medicine/ visiting a doctor is far out of question What to do?

The information given is not enough to give an opinion but what I have understood is that she is talking to herself ,is verbally abusive to others and refusing help from family and is not willing to go to a doctor. This might be psychosis. Please involve the elders of the family and get her to see a psychiatrist. If she is refusing then the family members can visit a psychiatrist and discuss her condition in detail with the psychiatrist and get proper help. Please try to get help as soon as possible as it involves her safety and the safety of people around her due to unpredictable behavior.

My relative is almost 40years,
This condition is so for last 2 years
She is divorced & her elder child died a couple of years back; so I assume her health was affected by the events, but additionally she had previously been having (before the tragidies) an introvert, possessive & quiet personality
Now she doesn't listen even to her parents
"My intention is not to get prescription but to get to know how can I get her on to the way of healing" as with experience I & family members have learnt she won't visit a doctor & won't talk if at all reached to one & taking medicine/ talking about her condition is out of question
I request you to recommend some psychiatrist in/ near Multan who can prescribe medicine that can be mixed with meals/ drinks so to avoid denial

The patient has probably been suffering from psychotic illness need to
start antipsychotic drugs after detailed assessment..
We are not ethically authorized to prescribe medicine like this without
assessment..
She needs to be seen by a psychiatrist in multan. if she is not willing to visit, her family members can visit and seek advice on her behalf. Following are few options:
