From 2018 I used antidepressants medicine, but now I stop other drugs just I used only Reline 100mg. So can I used 5 htp supplements with reline.

As a tonic? Better to have dry fruits nuts, and balanced diet. Lots of water, yogurt in the morning, fruits and raw vegetables in diet.. Walk and have a good hobby. For medicine quiting or taking.. Consult psychiatrist of your choice
