Assalamualaikum respectful docs, I am married since 4 years almost having 2 kids my husband is unemployed as we got married but now working with his big brother, my in-laws are too much toxic jethani jeth saas and bchy, I was a banker before marriage and after that continued for a year then left on husband's demand.He is a narcissistic man.I feel that I can not compete with them I can not answer at the spot I got panic during a fight some times I loose control on my muscles and start crying and symptoms of panic attack some kind of. I have no decision power almost. I can't decide how should I behave at different times.I have no idea how to come out of this situation. I have no money to afford a proper clinical treatment but I feel I need it.
