hello dr i am 27 years of age male .. because of my anxiety and all mental issues my doctor has prescribed me citanew and qusel .. citanew 10mg and qusel 25 mg .. my question is that dr prescrobed me citanew after break fast but it makes me sleepy in the office ... as my dr is out of country for 3 weeks he cannot answer to my question ?? can i take citanew (escitalopram) and qusel ( quetiapine)) at the same time in the night after dinner .. actually i have been given qusel at night before bed time sleep .. so can i take citanew and qusel at the sametime in tje night after my dinner ???
yes u can take at night time, but if sleepiness still persists, we may need to adjust the dose of quetiapine.
