Talk to Psychiatry on Extreme Lack Of Concentration And Focus

Assalom o Alaikum, I am facing extreme lack of focus, especially with repetitive tasks and studies requiring focus. At the start, I was very motivated and did all the necessary preparations to complete but I lost focus on a few minutes. I constantly switch over to other tabs even when I am working. Delay tasks to the very end and not start work unless the deadline is near. Severely affecting my studies and work. Went to a library but even there was not able to focus and concentrate. Please help me and recommend a psychiatrist whom I can visit in Karachi to discuss in detail my symptoms and possible solutions. I would appreciate it if someone familar with the problem I have presented and can guide me. Thanks a lot.
