Salam. Mere sath kaafi dino se problem chal rahi hai mujhe buhat ziada maut ka khauf hogia hai. Bus yahi lagta hai mar jaonga. Raat ko soanga tu mar jaonga. Kabhi lagta hai brain tumor hai. Sab kuch negative soochta hon jo daily ki routine thi woh sab khattam hogai hai interest khatam hogia hai. Future kay baray main koi khiyaal nahi aata jab soochta hon tu foran khiyaal ata hai kay bachonga hi nahi main

Sorry to hear about your problems

You are suffering from generalised anxiety disorder. This will need treatment by medications, it can not be overcome by will power or any other way. It will get worse unless you get proper treatment for it. I m sure you have tried all your efforts but it has not helped.
