Wa Alaikum Assalam. I’m really sorry you’re going through this. The fear, chest/belly anxiety, crying, exhaustion and especially the suicidal thoughts you mentioned deserve immediate professional support—you don’t have to face this alone.
Please don’t stay alone when these thoughts become strong. Reach out to a trusted family member or another safe person and seek an urgent assessment from a psychiatrist/mental-health professional. If you feel you may act on these thoughts or cannot keep yourself safe, please go to the nearest emergency department or contact local emergency services immediately.
Alongside appropriate psychiatric care, counselling can help you process the loss you’re facing, manage anxiety and fear, and gradually regain your ability to study and function.
