Talk to Psychiatry on Headache & Severe Vertigo
Asking for Self, Female, 46 years old, Lahore
Two weeks ago I had a severe back headache(tension headache maybe) and after that headache I felt dizzy while sitting,standing or walking . Everything around me feels dark and spinning round and round. I also have pain in neck and shoulders. And I have taken medicines like(serc,stemetil) but these medicines didn't cure my illness. Kindly tell me the solution for this problem .

Kindly check your blood pressure regularly and if it comes with in normal limit i suggest you to go for detail assesment of depression as sometime it presents with somatic complains
first of all you need a detailed neurological consult to rule out if there is any neurological illness.
if not then these symptoms can be due to anxiety disorder and for that a detailed Psychiatric assessment is required
