Doctor sahib, mujhe kuch arsay se bohat zyada stress aur anxiety hai. Mera mood achanak bohat upar chala jata hai jab appreciation milti hai, aur phir achanak bohat zyada down ho jata hai. Mujhe logon se baat karte waqt sharm aur freeze feel hota hai, eye contact mushkil ho jata hai, aur kabhi kabhi koi zor se bol de to aansu aa jate hain. Kuch dinon se mujhe marne ke khayalat bhi aate hain. Kabhi kabhi dimagh mein plan tak ban jata hai, halan ke main abhi kuch karna nahi chahta, lekin yeh soch mujhe dara deti hai. Mujhe apni baat theek se bolna mushkil lagta hai please help
