Talk to Psychiatry on How To Motivate Someone
Asking For Sister, Female 28, Islamabad
Aoa dear ma'am /sir, actually I wanna ask something about my elder sister who has a hearing problem of upto 50% from only one ear along that she also have anger issues like when she is angry she used to harm herself by scratching her arms. I have used all the possible ways to motivate her to consult a doctor but she don't agree because of her recalcitrance nature. Kindly suggest me some solution so that I can motivate/develop will power in her that she'll be fine. I am very concerned about her.

she may have borderline personality traits.it need urgent treatment and psychotherapy called DBT and mindfullness.with medications.she may be out of such danger and sekf harm.its not in her control.rather wasting time and being in mental pain.soon consult a psychiatrist and be in peace of mind and goal orirnted motivated and focused
