Talk to Psychiatry on H.pylori / Panic Attacks

Salam Mjhe taqreeban 7 maheeny phle achanak se ek panic attack aya tha jisko me heart attack ya heart ki problem smjh rha tha. Usse phle me bilkul thek tha or mjhe koi issue nahi tha. Uske bad se mjhe brain fog heart burn vomiting jesi feeling ye sb hone laga or monthly/weekly basis pe panic attacks ane lagy or mene 4 5 drs se consult kia and sbne different tests krwaye heart/kidney/liver/blood/TSH all came back normal Alhamdulillah srf mjhe H.pylori positive aya. Uske bad mene ek community join ki jahan sbko h.pylori ka issue hai or wahan mene kafi logon ko dkha jinko same yehi symptoms ate hen jo mjhe horhe hen weird sensation on left side of chest / panic attacks etc Jiske bad me ek dr k kehne pe pichle 5 maheeny se citanew lerha hun or L.reuteri ka ek strain consume kr rha hun to supress H.pylori. kafi behtri hai but still i feel these sensations on left side of chest and panic feeling.

Kia ye treatable hai? Or kia ye H.pylori hi ki waja se hai? Kyu k mene pichle 6 7 month
