You need psychological sessions and therapies to treat your problems
I’m really sorry you’re going through this. What happened to you is extremely distressing, and being blackmailed or exposed does not mean that you deserve to be abandoned or blamed. Your current symptoms—severe depression, very poor sleep, racing heartbeat, dizziness and especially repeated urges to die—need urgent professional attention.
Please do not stay alone right now. Tell a trusted family member/friend exactly what you are experiencing and ask them to stay with you. Remove or hand over medicines, sharp objects and anything else you could use to harm yourself. Since you are having suicidal urges several times a day, please go to the nearest emergency department or psychiatric emergency service now, preferably accompanied by someone you trust.
Please also do not increase, stop, or change Alp 0.25 mg on your own. A psychiatrist should urgently review your medication and sleep. A counselling session can support you through the emotional trauma and help you develop a safety and coping plan, but given the current suicidal urges, emergency assessment should come first.
