If ADHD is confirmed, treatment is individualized and may include psychoeducation, behavioural strategies, academic support, and, when appropriate, medication. Many patients experience significant improvement in attention, concentration, and daily functioning with the right treatment plan. I would recommend scheduling a comprehensive psychiatric assessment so that an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management plan can be made.

The best way is to do a detailed history with u n ur mother . No specific tests r required if history is clear. If u want book appointt on marham as i m based in uk. Before appointt u think well about how this diagnosis will help u ? As knowing will help and i can guide u for strategies to deal with it +/- medication if u have severe symptoms. Best thing is to get appointt on marham with me. Doing this for last 20+ yrs
