I live in toxic environment and I do work full day and when ever I feel sleepy some one makes me angry that's y I do not sleep whole night I sleep at morning 7 Am .. and again after 4 hours my baby start shouting crying .due to this I have loss of memory issues now a days and when ever. every one sleeps i can't sleep due to this toxic environment what should I do?

should I take medicines for sleep because I don't sleep with medicines when ever I do yoga workout walk take fresh air do Activities I get good quality of sleep ,but unfortunately My mother in law makes environment worse at night she is Narrcissit and she makes my child angry and distrub due to this I lost my sleep time and sleep routine and I awake full night after this happenings.
