I have been taking lexotinal 3mg from one and half month.. I want to get rid of this.. But cant sleep without it.. I tried to leave it but I can't what to do and how can I leave it? Should I leave immediately?

Firstly try to taper that down over at least 1 month, otherwise shift to a long acting Bnz
