I have been facing sleeping disorder. I get a chance to sleep good (max 6 hours) in one day in a week. My mind keeps working not even im feeling anxiety or waffled. It takes me whole night turning only sides. Its totally unhealthy. I didnt want to take any medication, i believe i still dont want to but its not going away. I have tried several searchs on web on how to sleep but nothing works. Plz help.
