Talk to Psychiatry on Lexapro Dose For Ocd

i am taking 30 mg lexapro for ocd . it is prescribeded by my psychiatrist but i am only 50 percent better. i have augmented all antipsychotics but they didnt worked. can we go to 40 mg for more good results . is it safe
