I'm experiencing weird conditions I realize I'm very weak at things I have Commanded, very common to Forget most important appointments and dates. Forgetting recent conversations and events Feeling increasingly overwhelmed by making decisions and plans. I'm Having a hard time understanding directions or instructions. Loss my sense of direction. I feel hearche concentrate things or instructions and I've sarted misplacing thing's alot. 6 month ago I consulted with a psychiatrist he thought it's depression and gave me 6 month course Citanew 10mg with Alp.5 and adjusted my dosage etc but now my situation is even worsened it never worked for me I feel I have problem with my memory and concentration May It's cognitive part of issue. when I've some analytics work at office I got headache as I was very easy for me before to perform such tasks.
you should consult again with your psychiatrist , or also get a neurological review. there maybe many causes of your issue, that are treatable
Hi symptoms are suggesting of Depressive disorder. You should consult ur Psychiatrist again. If u r takinf 10mg citanew make it 20mg .If currently not taking medicine visit doctor Depression is treatable situation .
most probably it's due to depression sometimes antidepressant change krna parti ha agar Kisi ek Sy effect na ho plus counseling session bhi important hta aisi situation ma so ek br evaluation krwa lain in case apko satisfaction nahi ha to neurologist ko ek br consult krlain agar wo bhi apko yeh bol dy k it's psychiatric issue then u must take proper consultation again
