My grandmother is a known case of Ischemic Heart Disease and hypertension for 20 years and still on medication. From 6 Mo she has been bed ridden due to vertebral fracture. She feels extreme nervousness and frequent weeping, loss of appetite from past few months. We have seen a lot of doctors all they give are antidepressants but her condition is not improving. Please guide what to do.

mostly bed ridden patient suffered from fear of death and to be left alone, any ones little misbehave could trigger the stress as she is already suffering from hypertension. spend time with her make her feel that she is the part of family, ask her view in different perspectives of household work. Due old age she might take time to heal,. make her happy and motivated her also.
