Hi Age 35 Male.
I have memory issue I forget thing very quickly I face this issue after depression which happend almost 3 yeas ago which is cure and cleared by doctor a year ago my B12 and vitamin d levels are low taking b complex and vitamin d since last 6 months but seems very less response. Thyroide levels are also okay. It's effecting me seriously plz advise

I do have MDD previously but it's now cleared since last 1 year I don't take any meds associated with proper consultation from my psychiatrist but now coping up with low memory issue which is very difficult for me taking vitamins diet and proper sleep but not getting any progress took multiple test all test cleared as well. how can u help me please elaborate.

There are 3 neurotransmitters associated with depression. Serotonin is mainly mood and anxiety, norepinephrine and dopamine are associated with energy, memory, focus and executive functioning. So a medication that predominantly enhances norepi or dopamine can potentially help. Also CBT techniques to enhance executive functioning can help (similar to adhd therapy). Obviously a professional need to evaluate for other contributing factors, my response is based on little information you provided

It could be due to poor attention which is common after treatment of MDD, due to illness itself or effect of any SSRI, need proper assessment and detailed history in a psychiatric consultation for proper treatment.
