Asking for Self, Female, 23 years old, Bahria Town
Due to high depression, my body go to unconscious stage for hours, my teeth closed and my tongue are inside the teeth. Body feel cold, low sensation and my mind think I'll die soon.
History is not sufficient to understand it may be sever anxiety the state of panic attack better to visit a psychiatrist
In order to give you an advice about this matter,I need answers for my
following questions.
1)when you say high depression, what exactly you mean by that?
2)any current stressors?
3)what exactly you mean by being unconscious? do you mean that you cannot
move and act but still you can think and feel or anything else?
Since such experiences can be encountered in many different conditions, so
answers are necessary before I can advice you regarding problem n its
management.

Hello, can any of the doctors please recommend a good psychologist/psychiatrist in Sargodha. I really don't have time or money to go to Lahore every two weeks to get only 45 minute sessions.
