Asking For Someone else, Brother, Male, 28 Years old, karachi
Hi, I am asking on behalf of my brother. He is 28 years old. From last 2-5 years he got aggressive, fighting with family members without any reason. Last year he got married now he is having fight with his wife for no reasons but he always try to do it on extremist level beating her, using abusive language. After few days of fight he get normal like nothing happened in past. But when he fights or getting aggressive he gets extra energy. Some time he pretend like a zombie or Jin is coming in his body making some sort of animal noises. Obviously he never accept that he’s having any physiological problem so he doesn’t want to go and see any doctor. We are talking some sort of homeopathic medicine for him but it’s really hard to give him because he never accepts that he’s a patient. Is there any way of treatment where we can give him home session or any remedies?
well your brother has to be assessed but the symptoms u mentioned could be related to a disorder

welcome and thank you for your concern, I would suggest visiting a psychiatrist nearby, no matter if the patient is coming with you or not, you need to give a detailed account of the patient that suitable treatment options can be discussed and your brother seems to have symptoms which reflect out of reality that he does not accept that his behavior is not normal. thanks
This seems to be a serious psychiatric illness. There is risk of harm to self and others. The family should go to a psychiatrist to get help . It seems that he might need admission in hospital for safety reasons.A psychiatrist can help manage this
