I'm facing anxiety these b hota h sometimes but recently i got eye flu jis ki wja se start hua and while taking shower i felt k me bahir nhi ja skti space kam h mera saans band ho jy ga and it started abhi b sometimes i feel cheez irritate krti h k boht kam ho gae h.... unconsciously me jaw pe pressure dalti hun and it hurts...i feel alone and just wanna disappear for uncomfortable plzz help
