There is no such thing as Jinnat ka saya. Can you elaborate on what does 'acting weird' mean? Like what symptoms he is having and for how long. This may be due to the diurnal variation in mood symptoms if he's having a depressive episode. He'll need a detailed psychiatric interview to establish the diagnosis and management.
