Talk to Psychiatry on Mental Health

Please guide me what should I do, I have anxiety problem on it's peek. I'm unable to talk with anyone, I'm in university I face alot of problems like I'm unable to give presentations even when I think about giving presentation my heart starts beating very fast. I have anger issue, I sleeps alot, I wanted to concentrate on my studies and work but I can't, my mood changes in seconds, I don't like to meet anyone because of zero confidence level, even Alhumdullilah I'm good looking but I always think that I'm not good and all these type of stuff, I know I need physiatrist, but please someone can guide me the medication which physiatrist provides are expensive? Because I'm unable to bear the cost of expensive medicines but I also wanted to change my self for better and secured future.
