Talk to Psychiatry on Mental Health And Anger Issues

My mother is around 69–70 years old; my father remarried two years ago when he was 69 and she was 67, which broke our family apart and left her deeply heartbroken and in complete shock that she has never been able to accept. He moved out of the house, Since then she is almost always overwhelmed with anger, constantly crying, cursing him and speaking bitterly in anger, whenever they try to talk to each other they fight endlessly because of the third person involved, and it pains me greatly to see her trapped in this suffering. Worse still, she repeats the same painful story to every relative, neighbour or guest we meet, and speaks very badly about my father and his new wife openly on all occasions, which is becoming increasingly difficult for everyone around her. Our father’s betrayal left us all broken, even I was in therapy for last 6 months bcoz of this. When we gently tell her not to speak like this cuz it only increase her anger and frustration, if we tell her not to tell people same story or talk about him cuz people make don’t care, she becomes defensive, insists “I have not said anything at all”, and often does not even remember or understand what she herself has said or how hurtful it sounds. I feel like this situation has initiated dementia, I am writing urgently seeking guidance on which specialist or doctor in the Gujranwala area would be best suited to help her, ideally a psychiatrist who understands grief, age marriage related emotional changes and confusion before things get any worse.
