This looks like a mix of anxiety and depression, very common and treatable. Poor sleep for long time can cause low mood, nausea in morning, anger, poor focus and panic-like symptoms (fast heartbeat, sweating, feeling loss of control). Stress and overthinking usually make it worse.

You are not going crazy and it’s not permanent. Proper sleep routine, reducing caffeine/mobile at night, light exercise, and stress management helps. But since it’s been 1 year, you should see a psychiatrist. Medicines + counselling can improve sleep, mood and anxiety safely.

Don’t quit job suddenly. With treatment most people feel much better in few weeks. Please take help, you don’t have to handle this alone.

Homeopath in Lahore - Prof. Homeopathic Dr. Syed Atta E Rasool Bokhari

walaikum us salam warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu
First of all you shouldn't be worry at all.
Because you haven't any dangerous issue.
These things happen when our body lacks something.

But to diagnose its root cause You should share more details because I don't prescribe medicines without proper diagnosing root cause.

Same is requested to you that don't take Any medicine it will disturb your brain hormones and you have to go here and there to consult with doctors and you will suffer from drug toxicity.
Our Online Consultation fee is 100 Rs. I will listen your problem in detail and then your proper treatment will start. Some patients start taking depression medicines and suppress the problem without diagnosing triggering factor. I don't follow this practice for the sake of Humanity.

Your symptoms are suggestive of anxiety with disturbed sleep and depressive features.Non refreshing sleep can cause morning low mood, nausea, irritability, poor concentration, and daytime exhaustion. Episodes of fast heartbeat, sweating, and fear of losing control are typical anxiety or panic symptoms and are not dangerous. This is a common, treatable medical condition.Proper psychiatric evaluation, sleep-focused treatment, and stress management can lead to significant improvement. I recommend consulting a psychiatrist for assessment and appropriate.

Maintain a fixed sleep routine, reduce mobile and caffeine use at night, take a daily walk or light exercise, and practice slow breathing when your heart rate increases. Writing down worries before sleep can also calm the mind.

Since these symptoms have been present for about a year, and if their intensity starts affecting your work performance, relationships, or daily functioning, it is important to consult a mental health professional.
