I’m a 24-year-old male from Karachi, and I’ve always felt out of place. My interests have never matched those of my peers, which has made me feel isolated. I overthink even simple decisions, worrying about consequences, which makes decision-making difficult. I also struggle with anxiety and depression, although I’ve pushed through it. I’ve had shaky hands as long as I can remember, and I have trouble sleeping, waking up frequently during the night. My spending is another issue, especially on video games, which I use as an escape. I also experience physical pain, numbness in my limbs, and leg weakness, making daily activities harder. Despite being in a supportive family, I feel different, possibly due to past trauma. I often go silent in conversations, especially with my parents. I also have stomach issues tied to stress. And a lot more things.
