Asking For Self, Male 25, lahore
I have been using methamphetamine for approximately 9 months. Initially, I used it weekly, then over time my use decreased to every 2–3 weeks. I quit in December, but since then I have relapsed three times—two full binges and one minor use. Most recently, I was clean for 1 month, relapsed 8 days ago, and again today. During relapses, I feel like I go on autopilot and don’t understand how I end up using. I experience strong cravings, difficulty controlling urges, and anxiety about my relapses. I am seeking professional help to stop meth use, manage cravings, and prevent future relapses.
PS: For the doctors who reply, please include how you would help me and the methods you would use, as I am also from the medical field and so that I would better understand which doctor I need to get help from.
