Talk to Psychiatry on Mixed Feelings About Booking Psychologist Or Psychiatrist Appointment

I believe I need to talk with a professional but I'm not sure who I should talk to? I'm more of a psychiatrist but I don't think they will listen calmly or give me enough time & I actually don't want to take medicines etc so the psychologist seems to be a better choice. what can you suggest? A little context here I just need to talk about my mental health my life as I'm facing little difficulty in coping with life.
