Talk to Psychiatry on Mood Swing While IC

Aoa,
I am very confused about my strange behaviour. So the problem is while having intercourse and in the middle of the deed my mood swings in total opposite direction and I didn't feel anything in that phase. This mood swing was only for 15-20 seconds and these second easily disturbe the flow and the action. I am frustrated now.
I am not sure to whom should I consult. Is is sexologist or psycologist. I am physically fit. No issue with erection or anything. Please let me what to do and to whom should I consult.
