the pain and spasm in muscles are suggestive of vit D deficiency as you are a nursing mother.
So I would recommend first get your vit D and CBC done and see a physician.
your daily routine? sleep schedule? diet? screen time? any stress?
It seems like that you're having somatic symptom disorder comorbid with depression. You should consult your psychiatrist (if you have one already) or book a session with me. Treatment would involve a detailed psychiatric interview and a course of antidepressants plus therapy. it'll take 2-4 weeks to see an improvement in symptoms after you start the treatment.
muscles stiffness is due to stress.
consult a clinical psychologist for your mental health issues and physiotherapist for physiotherapy of neck and shoulders.
you can also book an appointment with me for PSYCHOTHERAPy sessions.
