symptoms look apparently psychotic. take him to psychiatrist for assessment and treatment.
Welcome, the picture clearly states that patient is on active follow up with doctors comments that patients symptoms are improving and still some symptoms exhibits and paper shows the psychotic features.and history is not mentioned, and treatment is also not mentioned, i would suggest to visit a treating doctor have discussion on it. thank you
