My grandfather started talking to himself a week ago and would wake up all night talking and having real conversations while laughing, singing and doing all weird things, he stopped eating a lot but was eating a bit, would try to run out from the house and when we tried to get him to come back he would try to beat us, and now he has stopped eating at all like only drinking 1 glass of milk a day and don't know how much water won't take anything else no matter how much we insist won't listen to us just ignores us and also he has started peeing in his bed since yesterday and doesn't even get up for a minute like what is happening I don't understand

The symptoms you have mentioned here was started gradually , unfortunately people around him never noticed .
Your grandfather needs professional help ,plz take him to the hospital ,hopefully they will refer to the Psychiatrist , plz hurry to visit with detailed history , there\'s no need to late any further.
